Cancellation policy:
 
As we had to pay all rooms in advance by Nov 2006 and also have to pay high cancellation fees we can only refund 50% of the price (package + organisation fee) if the cancellation is after OCT 20 !!!
 
If later anyone of your team doesn't want or can't join us at GFL 2007 try to find somebody who wants to substitute, this won't be a problem. Even inter-team substitutes are possible if the substitute doesn't care to be in a hotel with a different team.
